  • Estimated delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 Days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 Days
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over INR 1499 (if applicable).

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. Momly is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your neighbors or local post office.
  • Momly is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
