At Momly (Toi Moi Technologies Pvt. Ltd), we take great care in curating our Mom & Baby Gift Boxes to ensure they are filled with high-quality, safe, and thoughtfully selected products. Due to the nature of our gift boxes, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damages & Issues

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order! If your gift box arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon arrival and contact us immediately at hello@themomly.com or whatsapp us at +91 854582229 with photos and details. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

All gift boxes and curated sets are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, we do not accept returns on:

• Personal care or hygiene products
• Sale items or gift cards
